Any last minute advice on a new ROG Strix Z590-E 11900k windows 11 build?

Hey guys, it's been a while since I have built an ASUS system, usually, it's pretty straightforward,

But, does anyone have any advice, OR is there anything I should look out for, on building this system:

    ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E Wireless
    intel 11900k
    Corsair Vengeance 32gig CMW32GX4M2D3600C18
    WD Black SN850 Gen 4 M.2 1TB
    Creative AE-7
    EVGA 3080 FTW3
    EVGA 1200 PSU
    Windows 11 Pro OEM

anything would be helpful, voltages, default settings? which software to use or not use?

I have the latest BIOS and drivers downloaded, and I see the latest BIOS says that it supports windows 11 native?? Is there a problem with windows 11 and this board?

    Thanks,
    RC

Nothing?? ok, well I have to get started, seems pretty straightforward except the thermal pads on the M.2 heatsinks, that is kinda confusing, maybe it will be clearer once I get the heat sinks off.

    Hi JBBlack,

    All looks good.

The latest bios should make you windows 11 ready.

Once you get it running, install HWinfo and click the sensors tab to see voltages, clock speeds and temperatures.

Cool, thanks, will probably have to do it next week, going to have a full week of work this week.

I'm seeing that the voltage should be set around 1.3 1.4? for the CPU? Or should I just let it be set to auto at first?

    Appreciate the info.

Default settings are fine at first. I usually let settings at default until I get windows, games, and some programs installed.

Then, I'll set the ram and do some overclocking.

I don't know if you've ever used HWinfo, it's one of the best free monitoring programs.

The Vcore circled in red is the cpu voltage, I'm currently at defaults with an older i7-7700k.
