Can't Install VBIOS update in Asus Advantage edition (G513QY)

Hello,

A new VBIOS update (Version 86018) has been released by Asus for G513QY and G713QY.
However when I click the installer nothing happens.
It seems many other users are also facing the issue.
I checked Event viewer and it shows .NET error.
Can someone report this to the Asus Tech team? Thanks !

Hi there,
Did you extract the zip file first and then run the "installer.exe"?

Yes I did extract . And I tried installing it in admin mode , safe mode but nothing works . Please report it to the tech team so they can look into it

Mine dont install too ! In event viewer get net framework error , tried everything i think of and just dont run

Hi.
I updated the BIOS to 316
Now can not install vBios 86018. When double click on installer.exe nothing happens.

Dear all,
I have tested the file from our website. It is working.
After extracting the file by 7-Zip, entered the extracted file, right clicked on "Installer", choose "Run as Administrator"
Then an User Account Control notice would pop up, and click yes.
After few second, a block similar to Armoury Crate would show and then it would install automatically.
If you still have issue, please kindly provide a short video of the installation.

Using Windows 11 Pro, cannot install updated VBIOS.
