9900k (OC) 5.1Ghz | DDR4 32GB 4133MHz + 3090 (OC) AVG - LOW 3dMark (17000)

BossJ
Level 7
So - I'm having issues with my 3dmark score - and I know it doesn't matter and the 9900k is a bit outdated, but I at one point achieved 18000+ and now I can't even get over 17097.

I'm not sure what is going on - or maybe it's just how it is now?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated it. I have my bios settings and everything that I can upload if needed.

HW:
Bios - Latest - 2004 (Perhaps this is the reason?)
9900k - 5.1Ghz
DDR4 - 4133Mhz XMP 1 || G.SKILL F4-4133C19D-16GTZR Trident Z || PC4-33000 CL19
3090 FE OC (145Mhz + 750 on memory)
Maximus XI Extreme
Fresh Install of Win10

If you need any other information - let me know.

Hello,

It's been awhile since I've ran Timespy or ran a 9900K but it's possible if you've updated the UEFI since doing previous runs, that the updated ucode from Intel has dropped the score.

You can also look at memory sub timings, as Futuremark's CPU benchmark (Havoc) is very sensitive to memory latency.
