As the title, when I enable the Acoustic Echo Cancellation it does not work properly ,nothing changes.
when I close and open again the SONIC STUDIO III AEC is restore to not enabled.
Have tried the driver store explorer uninstall all driver and latest driver.

This happens when no microphone is connected and/or no microphone detected in Realtek Audio Control/Console.

Does it occur with bios all default settings?
Have you also reinstalled Sonic Studio 3?
May I have the bios version, the audio driver version and Sonic Studio 3 version?

the bios version is 0053, i have tryed with 0806 with all default settings, same problem.
the driver version is 6.3.9600.2307
Sonic Studio 3 version is 3.16.19

- the serial number of the motherboard via PM
- the brand and the model name of CPU, RAM, graphics card, hard drive with OS and PSU
(Please check the specific model name of PSU such as G.SKILL F5-6000U4040A16GX2-RS5K)

I'm sorry I forgot to ask the information about the microphone.
May I have the model name of the microphone and which port do you connect to the microphone?
Have you tried other microphones but still cannot enable the Acoustic Echo Cancellation?

Yes G.SKILL F5-6000U3636E16GX2-TZ5RS,
microphone is BOYA BY-MM1 connected to MB back panel mic jack with 3.5mm trrs cable
it work normally on my old board (Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming)
I will try other mic tonight
