Black screen after BIOS update [Prime Z390-P]

Hi
I need any help with black screen after update BIOS
My motherboard is Prime Z390-P, I use Al Suite 3 for BIOS update.
I download the newest one 3006.
Every go OK, until PC is restart. It never back, never show any update progres. Monito go to sleep mode. And after around 15 minutes I press reset.
PC restart, but noting happen, just black screen.
Can any body could help me with this. How to enter EZ Flash from keyboard (del, F10, F9, F8 ect not working).
My motherboard is still under warranty, should I claim warranty or may be I should try flash with programmer CH341A?
Thanks for any suggestion.
