Progress!
Hi Starrian,
I have given you access to the video. Note: this is a new video taken today.
I can now boot up in 3:29 using DP cable. Still seems a long time!!??
DP cable I now have the option of getting into the BIOS. The PC now boots straight up with no hangs (halt on F1 disabled/error reporting).
So the error with the CPU cooler was user error, I had plugged it into the pump header, should have been, and now is plugged into the CPU Fan header (F****** T***!!! *rolls eyes*). I no longer get the CPU cooler error but still had instability hang on halt on F1. I have disabled this, and as said, have the option to enter the BIOS. Oh, minimum fan speed set from IGNORE to default at 200 rpm in BIOS.... all good!
HDMI on the other hand will only get me into the BIOS but will not go to the desktop, resets and goes back to the BIOS. Not a massive issue as I want to use DP cable. The HDMI cable is an upto 8K output at 60Mhz. I run at 2K and this cable supports upto 2K at 240Mhz.
Thanks,

Hi alistairuk,
I'm afraid I cannot access the file via the information in PM.
Please refer to the following link to share the video from google drive.

If you are not familiar with google drive, please use other cloud that you are used to.
If you remove all SSD, HDD, do you still get F1 error message or take 3:29 to enter bios?
Thank you.
