VII HERO poor audio shielding?
The front panel with the DAC chip is good but it has poor shielding. I can her some buzz sometimes and sometimes there isn't any buzz.
Is there any solution aside from getting an external DAC?

Check what drivers you're using. Sonic studio is often a source of issue in my travels.

Really? i don't think a driver causes a buzz (which is electrical interference from google search). Did you fix such problems with that?
Im using sonic studio from the motherboard support page. Though i don't think it does anything beyond controlling sound power and effects. so its quite useless.

Best off going with the default windows drivers I’ve used them since having crackling/popping on the maximus vi hero with the latest drivers from Asus.
