Slow USB-C for Oculus Link
Hello, I have a Strix B450-F Gaming II and want to connect the Quest 2 via USB-C (1 usb-c connector on the motherboard) but when I test the speed, it is very slow (400Mbps). Whenever I switch to a USB3 then the speed is high (2.9 Gbps).
What can I do? It was my understanding that USB-C was as fast as USB3 even 3.1
