ROG RYUJIN II Lcd Display not showing GPU Stats
I think this product is a bit overpriced though it keeps my 12900k at 28°-31° in idle, 31°-35° in light load (Web browsing, Photoshop, etc.), 43°-61° in gaming so I am fairly happy with my purchase. I also love the big Lcd although there's no option to display any GPU Stats. I mean why? Armoury Crate is already showing all the GPU info so it shouldn't be hard to implement these stats to Ryujin Hardware Monitor, right? I would love to see the GPU temperature right alongside with CPU temperature in the lcd.

At some point it had the GPU stats but they were removed
The price is indeed quite high but do factor in the iPPC Noctuas that can cost from 30 to 40 €uros 'each' here. The Big LCD doesn't come cheap too.
Ryujin 240 first edition is still around 200€ and always sold out.
Ryujin 240 second edition is around 250€ and pretty hard to get too.
Corsair is putting the 250 price tag on the LCD version too.
If you go cheap and buy a H100 for 130, most people will still buy additional RGB fans afterwards and that's another 60 on top.
Bring up the calculator but I believe if you want Noctua's the Ryujin is a GO-TO AIO.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I am loving those Noctuas, they're silent but pretty efficient. That embedded micro fan though... It could go ape**** in a second especially on 12900k considering the Alder Lake temp spikes. When I playing a game Ryujin usually keeps my cpu at 42 - 60 degrees but at loading screens, sometimes cpu gets 85 degrees just for two seconds and that's when you hear that little guy and there's no "smooth spin up time" option in Ryujin Fan Control and that's another improvement I'd like to see with future updates. I know I can always disable it but I also fear overheating.
That's a shame. I try to think there was a logical reasoning behind this but I fail to see one
Let's hope they'd reimplement it on the next update.Last edited by kerembeyit; 02-15-2022 at 01:02 AM.

You can set the embedded fan to a fixed rpm and save the profile. At least I do, to 20% so it won't ramp up like a maniac.

This is implemented in the last update, now Hardware Monitor can show GPU stats as well. I would like to thank ASUS for listening our feedback!

Ryujin ii.armoury crate
Hey guys, I just completed my first build and am using the ryujin ii 360 aio. I'm having issues with armoury crate, on the device tab it shows my ryujin but when I click the tab for it from devices nothing loads and I cannot access it to change the screen or fan/pump curve. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times and upon first installing armoury crate it works properly and I can change the screen and fan/pump curves, but as soon as I shut the system down or restart I loose control again. I'm on an Asus Strix Z690-A wifi D4 and an i712700k, also if anyone has any experience with this board and the most stable bios please let me know. Thanks guys.
