Hi Nate, here I am!!!....with my new Pugio mice. ....well now I have some trouble with the bluetooh, but I will manage it...what can I say is that after the firmware update from 12.71.28 to 12.71.29 now the 2g is working worse....a lot worse than before...better than the first mouse, but isn't smooth like was before the update, so...I guess I have to wait until the next update, and meanwhile I will use my super mouse by wire or by bluetooth (when I will solve the bluetooth problem......LOL).
    Have a nice day, Nate

UPDATE: I'd tested the mouse on another comp and it's working fine...after few tests I solved the issue by disinstalling and re-installing Armoury crate...now all is working fine!!!!!

So, you are saying all was well before the update and now it's laggy after the update?

Sorry for the delay!!!.....and yes what I'm saying is that BEFORE the firmware update the mouse was working very well, AFTER the update it's laggy like the previous mouse. Last but not least, now it's impossible connect it by bluetooth ... Yesterday I did a new fresh installation of windows 11, in order to solve this issue, but without any improvement. I'll keep fight with my mouse!!!

There were some updates for Armoury Crate, is your ROG Pugio II working any better?

All updated at the last version, just checked...also the firmware...awww...I guess I have to wait until the next firmware update...!!, 'cos I don't think I'll be able to downgrade the actual installed firmware...

    Still having issues I see.

Try uninstalling Armoury Crate with the uninstall tool.

At the ASUS Support Center, select your operating system and click "Show all", it's the second download.

    https://www.asus.com/supportonly/Arm...Desk_Download/

    Once uninstalled, reinstall Armoury Crate.

Does this get your ROG Pugio II working any better?

Done...like before, nothing helps...I guess there is noway to downgrade the mouse firmware, isn't it?...before the upgrade it works like a charm, after...a disaster...maybe I have to wait until the next firmware update and, meanwhile, use it only with the cable...awwwwww

    All right,

If that didn't help and it's not too big of a deal, you could try reinstalling windows as this usually fixes any problem with Armoury Crate.

I did it...2 weeks ago...a full clean re-install of windows 11... I just disinstall and re-install armoury crate under your suggestion 2 days ago because it doesn't cost nothing to me...and who may knows...may it works!!!!...and nothing...

Try reinstalling the Bluetooth driver on your G532LWS laptop.

Select your operating system then scroll down to Bluetooth.

    Version: V22.40.0.2

    https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/...Desk_Download/

If this doesn't help, does anything look abnormal in Device Manager, mainly Bluetooth.
