THis has been running without any problems until recently, when temps would spike to 100c, randomly, affecting all cores. Stripped it down and found poor thermal paste application, across the board (pic):

Cleaned everything, re-applied Arctic Silver, made sure to properly clean everything (it wasn't very dusty) and re-assembled it all. Right away, I noticed the same problem, CPU spikes to 100c!

Temps on the GPU went down about 15c so that was quite a good improvement but the CPU spikes are still there. Under loads (even for a second or two max) temps spike like crazy. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?
