    Hi jdmancini,

    I've run into a similar issue with my ROG Falchion, reinstalling windows solved all problems.

    Try reinstalling windows again, if yours is wireless, connect the wireless dongle and usb-c cable.

    Once windows is up to date then install Armoury Crate, all should go smooth with the updates.
