ROG Gladius II Left Side button not working

I got a problem with this mouse
Sometimes the left side button is not working like usual
I usually use that as back/forward button
but sometimes it changed by itself to DPI change button
It sometimes fixes itself, and then it will happen again

Is there any way to full remove/reinstall the driver?

I have noticed that it has to do with armoury crate and synchronising with the mouse. if you resync the bottom mapping in the Sofware it should work again. Did it once and have not noticed the issue for a few months so far. hopefully this works for you
