Disable SATA and M.2 drives in BIOS

I currently have 2 x NVMe and 2 x SATA drives connected to my system. I want to put in another SATA drive and install Windows 11 on it but would like to avoid having to physically unscrew and unplug the NVMe and SATA drives. Usually it's recommended to unplug all other drives to avoid mistakenly selecting those drives during the installation of Windows but that can be a hassle... Can this work successfully if rather I disable the drives in the BIOS?

I have a Asus Rog Strix Z590-e Gaming Wifi, with Intel i9-10850K.
Like 1st post, I need a BIOS option to dissable a SDD M2 NVME disk on port M2_3
I read some others threads, but I cannot find a way to dissable a NVME disk using BIOS.

All info will be appreciated.
Thanks
