GT-AC5300 Merges data

iptv problem.
Where and why does the router “merge” my playlists?
The screenshot shows that my playlists are loaded somewhere else when I start watching!
If you turn off the TV set-top boxes or change the router, then I watch without problems.
As soon as I connect via GT-AC5300, then my playlist starts loading somewhere else in America! Because of this, I am blocked by the provider. What's stopping you?
ASUS, what are you doing?

Did you reset to factory defaults and re-configure the router?

Hello! Certainly. I tried 3 times. And this is not the only provider that tells me that I'm watching from different IPs. I have static.
I tried turning off NAT, Trendmicro, Air protection.
