The memory overclock is unstable. Start by tuning the CPU System Agent (Extreme Tweaker) and Memory Controller Voltage (Extreme Tweaker>Advanced Memory Settings)

Maximum values aren't as important as finding the right value, as these are CPU specific. Using too much voltage can cause system instability.

System Agent: 0.9v - 1.28v

Memory Controller VID: 1.2 - 1.4v
