Device Keeps Disconnecting from Armory Crate | Individual Keys in Aura Creator

(I own a Zephyrus M16 btw)

So on the Armory Crate, I notice that my device keeps disconnecting from it, and it takes a while to reconnect to Armory Crate again. Like it would just say searching for devices, and it would just stay like that. I do not know how to resolve this.

As for Aura Creator, I can't edit individual keys. The entire layout gets selected. I am wondering if this is a technical issue or rather my laptop does not have that capability.
