Hello everyone, I wanted to have confirmation of the compatibility of the Samsung 980 PRO in the motherboard in question.

Hey BailA,

The ROG Crosshair VII Hero supports m.2 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices. It looks like the Samsung 980 PRO is m.2 2280, so it should fit on the motherboard without any issues.
