I've went down to 1 stick of ram and that didn't help.

Hi dmclone

Welcome to the ROG forum.

Two easy things I'd try is..

1) With your pc powered off, press and hold the clear cmos button for 3 seconds, then try booting.

2) Update the bios with bios flashback.

Try with just one kit of memory for now.

This type of problem can indicate a number of different issues but often something isn't seated correctly. Strip down to the bare minimum including disconnecting storage, case headers, rgb, fans, etc.

As much of a pain as it sounds I would take everything apart and assemble it on a piece of cardboard. This process can eliminate weird issues like a short-to-chassis but it also forces you to reseat everything which is a good step. While you're at it inspect the CPU and socket for debris, bent pins, etc.
