Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE link is only 100Mbps

I have TP-Link Archer C6 modem/router and a Windows 11 desktop with Asus Strix X570-E Gaming m/b with 2 ethernet ports on-board.
One is Intel I211 Gigabit NIC and another is Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE NIC.

Intel connection shows 1000Mbps and Realtek 100Mbps.

I need to have 1000Mbps on Realtek too. How do I fix it?

*(the drivers are the latest)*

Have you tried forcing it to different speed in driver settings in device manager?

Try a better or different cable.

Some are picky about this.
