    Elite Rewards-Support

    Is anyone else able to get a hold of the Elite Rewards-Support?

    I'm trying to contact them via email for over a month, no response so far

    Or does anyone know of a way to contact them other than eliterewards_support@asus.com?

    My Elite rewards tells me "oops, We'll be back" whenever I try to log in.

    I BOUGHT ROG STRIX SCOPE TKL wireless deluxes keyboard and this keeps happing went i buy rog partsi can NEVER GET MY POINTS ON MY PROFILE my pc is all rog - a few a go i never got my points for the mouse i got for rog SPATHA X i mean over one hundred pound for a mouse and i dont get my points 3 month laterI I buy the keyboard and again i dont get my points pls mr ROG give me my XXXXXXX points 300 pounds on mouse & keyboard and i dont get my points and i been saving for a game since 2019 pls helpp i have repciept in righttttttt format pls help rog parts are a lot of dollar so if people can free game every now & then it all helps have a nice day
