Hi all, hopefully somebody can help me with this.

I have a ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI with the latest drivers etc installed.

I am trying to have all the led lights set to Static Blue when the PC is on and all of the lights turn off when the PC is off. You would think this would be easy to do.

I have tried the settings in the Bios and I have tried the settings in Armory Crate. The Bios setting don't stay set to what I set them to unless I set them to stealth mode in which case I can at least have the lights turn off when the PC is off. Any Bios settings other than Stealth mode allow the lights to display blue when the PC is powered on as intended but than when the PC is off the lights switch to a rainbow breathing pattern.
