    Unhappy My asus rog strix G15 G513QC stuck in a service center

    Umm I need all the help I can get here. So my laptop suddenly had a keyboard short and sent it to the service center. It has been over 2 months now and everytime I call the service center they reply with that asus has not sent the parts yet.

    A RMA request should not take over 2 months here, I need some help if there are replies to this
