Hey;

I am new here and i have issue with my new G.SKil Tritent Z DDR-5 RAM 6600 MHz.

I cant OC it to 6800. I have tried the VDD and VDDQ to 1.25 either.
But what is a little bit funny.. The voltages is 1.40

I have also tried to raise de System Agent to 1.25 volt.
But its the same. It doesnt work.

Can you give mit a guide or settings how i OC DDR5.

I have read the OC Guide here and otherwhise.

I hope you can help me.

Hello,

This kit is really what's known as a "Halo" kit, and not all configurations will take kindly to running these speeds, least of all out of the box.

The Extreme is only officially validated up to 6400MT. Not all CPU and boards will be able to 6600, especially on 4 DIMM boards. There isn't a magic bullet with these things, you'll need to tune methodically and possibly reside to running a lower frequency.

The CPU System Agent and Memory Controller VID can be sensitive to voltage changes.

For 6600 try

CPU System Agent: from 0.95 to 1.15v

Memory Controller Voltage: 1.2 to 1.3v
