z390MPlus Prime - 9700F - BIOS

Hello,

i' search help to understand how to make a profile that enables the maximum perf out of my hardware :

z390-M-Plus Prime ASUS
i7-9700F (65w)
2*16go LPX 2666

Those are the profiles i made for different usage... only remains the n°2 to be to polished (i think)...
1 - Everyday = for every days use (no VM)
2 - Gameplay = only to play high end PC video games (no VM)
3 - AspmVM = full-ASPM no-Turbo S.m.a.r.t (with VM) - enough for 2d games, most are point'n click
4 - VMEveryday = for every days use (with VM)

EDIT (sorry, i forgot to write the settings i talk about (now only two intrigue me) :
I see only four easy settings i can switch around to unlock the full power of this F family processor, i made different logs with :
HWMonitor while using
&
PowerMax (5min).

I see x8 anx11 multiplier in logs depending on settings combinations, but also CPU higher frequencies. RPM and TEMPs too, accordingly.

Also, i don't know why, TPM gets automatically reenabled... can it be related with new v3006 bios update for Win11 (i use and will ever Win10) ?
About Resize BAR, should i set it to auto ?

It's a verry advanced BIOS to me, i'm kind of lost.

I applied fresh paste, temps are OK now, BTW i always search infos about my BIOS profiles and if i should change things, also about Resize BAR (i keep OFF) and TPM (forced enabled)

About TPM, i followed the steps (F10, not using menu), but it was automatically reenabled again !!

In fact that's not the same setting, the one displayed in ther help is allready disabled, allright, the one that reenables anyway is an alone setting found in/ and called :

"PCH-FW Configuration"
Intel Platform Trust Technology - : - enable /disable

About Resize Bar, yes, i'm aware.

Switching "Cpu Power Duty Control" to extreme (from TProbe default ; "all" others settings AUTO and must be, if not, 8x multiplier again), changes things in monitoring logs, like :

BUS multiplier becoming 11x from 8x
+4 in temp everywhere
more fans RMP
higher CPU frequencies, i'd say

Will it be bad for this kind of CPU to do that ? It's an F non unlocked, 9700F ?

II:

I found more infos, there is also "CPU Power Phase Control" that can be set to extreme (from stansard)...

The thing is, those are the two settings that can be found in the AI Suite 3 tool (so, i was right !! ..

CPU duty doesn't pushes the temps higher a lot, but Power Phase does (100 in temp, red in HWMonitor)...

... when the two are applied, looks to be kif-kif, temp goes to 100, but only for package (not individual CPUs).


So, same question :

Does it gives any advantage when used on a 9700F locked CPU, or not ?

Is it warned to NOT do it ? Because applying those settings on this kind of CPU could harm something ?

Hi Klemc,
To support the installation of Windows 11 system by default, motherboard that supports TPM header, the system will send a full reset during post when no TPM card is connected to enable Firmware TPM.
However, there is a advanced option such as Security Device Support.
If you want to disable TPM function, please disable Security Device Support and then save & exit.
Please enter "tpm.msc" in the search bar of windows and click tpm.msc to check if TPM is disabled.
For CPU Power Duty Control, we would not suggest overclock for locked CPU.
