How should NVMe drives be seen in Windows 11 Device Manager?

    Hello community,

I recently acquired a new PC, consisting of an ASUS Prime Z690-A and a Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe NVMe SSD.

I disabled the Intel VMD in the BIOS.
My question is how can I verify, that Windows correctly recognized the drive as being an NVMe device, to ensure that it's talking via NVMe and not SCSI to it?
In the device manager I see references to SCSI.
    I attached a screenshot.

It says "Standard NVM Express Controller", so yes, it's connected via NVME, you're good to go. If you'd like something more explicit, run HWInfo64 on your system.

    Hi masou007,

Thanks for proposing HWinfo. I just ran it and it seems to report infos confirming the NVMe protocol.
