X570 Crosshair VIII Hero (wifi): Fan curve not sticking

This is my fan curve I set in my bios for my ALL my fans, but when I go into my computer it refuses to use my fan curve for some reason. The ONLY way I can get my fans to actually use my fan curve is to use a program and then manual set the fan curve again. I am on bios 4201 and have downgraded to 4006/3904 and this problem persists no matter what.

    1. Basically what I would do is set my fan curve on each of the fans
    2. Go to the profile page to save to my profile
    3. Save and Quit

Below are pictures showing my CPU fans not going to 100% (1800 rpm) when temps go above 65 degrees, but when I manually set them in the program they will reach 100% (2200rpm). Does anyone know why?
