ASUS AI Suite 3 would not start. Won't reinstall.

Booted computer today and had this window popup DipAwayMode.exe not found.
ASUS AI Suite 3 would not start.
So uninstalled ASUS AI Suite 3.
Downloaded ASUS AI Suite 3 V3.01.10 .
But clicking on AsusSetup.exe or Setup.exe, won't start the install.
System specs
Win 11 Pro 21H2
Rampage VI Extreme
BIOS 3801
I9 10920 @5.0GHz all cores
EK-KIT G360 (CPU only)
Samsung 960 PRO M.2 NVMe 1TB
Samsung 970 EVO M.2 PLUS NVMe 2TB
Kingston Fury Renegade 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD with Heatsink
1 Samsung SSD 4TB EVO
1 X Samsung SSD 860 EVO 4TB
2 x 10TB drives
1 x 2TB drive
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC 24GB @3015 MHz

Hey !

Some people, including I, have this issue, and happened after the install of 14h june update KB5014699

It is most probably due to .NET framework, has it was mentioned here:

Thanks, at least it's just not me...have sent a ticket to Asus support.

me too I am facing the same problem AI iii stopped working, I tried everything: even I removed the armory crate and reinstall, I removed the VGA driver and reinstalled it downgraded it and it didn't work, i checked for system error from bios, i updated windows, i even installed tune-up utilities to fix the broken registry .

Asus please we need a solution ......it is not acceptable that this problem continue


my system is the following:
CPU AMD ryzen 9 3950 x
VGA Radeon pro w5700
96 GB ram
windows 11 pro
motherboard x570 E

A fix will arrive soon, assuming you have also Kaspersky, that is the main cause of the problem
