my setings is 5.1 ghz

cpu cache 47

vcore voltage 1.275 manual voltage

LLC7

temps in benchmark 80

temps in games 60-70

does my setings is safe? does it good for 24\7?

does LLC7 is high or its ok?

More voltage in place of higher LCC is always preferable to reduce sustained current, however, if settings are stable and temperatures are in check Use the system as intended.
