With the link running at 1000 base T on both, it shouldn't really matter much. There might be a very marginal benefit from one over the other, if one gives you something like TCP segmentation offload (part of TCP handled in hardware, rather than by the OS), and the other doesn't. On a HEDT platform, it shouldn't really matter much unless you have heavy CPU or network saturation, because you have plenty of high power cores available to just deal with the network in the OS.
That's assuming it's running well as-is. If you're reliably getting close to full bandwidth, without any glitchy behaviour, it's probably just fine. If it ain't broken, don't fix it. Chasing the last few % of network performance can be a lot of effort, if you don't have a specific problem/need.

Hello
Thanks for your reply
I'll stick with the Intel port with the 1GB/s
I'll see if I buy a 10Gb/s SFP and switch to the AquantiaSorry for my english

My gig internet connection on intel tops at 900ish, vs the 10G Marvell Aquantia gets 1270, not much will take advantage of that aside from large downloads, or heavy workload, which is what I take advantage of mostly. Your modem and router must support at least 2.5gb/s. if your networks is all 1000, then no difference. But, if you got fiber, then your fiber box should have at least a 2.5g port to take advantage of what you're paying for. Also, your Encore has wifi 6 which when i tested on my encore with a wifi 6 router hooked to 2.5g modem, was getting 1200 gbs download. I stick to wired, though. This is al;l using cat6, no sfp needed.

I'll let with the Intel port for now, it works fineSorry for my english

your investment would be about 60 bucks, I know 10gtek will work, personally I haven't used it but know it will work for your purpose if you're trying to convert from sfp+ to ethernet. they run hot, but that is by design.
