X570-i gaming mitx board random shut down issue on default bios settings (stock)?

I see many other people having a random shutdown issue with the ASUS ROG X570 boards, why?

Is there anything in particular you're doing when it shuts down?

You mentioned stock bios settings, but is your GPU overclocked?

GPU is running undervolted down to 1125mv from 1175mv and slight oc from 1266mhz to 1300mhz core stock memory clocks and timings with 192W 192A limits on an RX 480.
