    Motherboard which supports 3 or 4 GPUs - PRIME Z590-A or ?

Can someone confirm to me if with PRIME Z590-A I can have 3 or 4 GPUs ?

The motherboard has 4 PCIx slots but can they all have GPUs ?

And this Thunderbolt header thing.. it means if I want thunderbolt, i need to use one of the PCIe slots ?

If your planning a build log for a system to run 4-GPU SLI,.. Z590 platform is not an option I would consider.

Intel Z590 Chipset only supports 24 PCI Express Lanes. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...fications.html

Personally the best option would be WRX80 platform with Threadripper Pro processor. https://www.amd.com/en/chipsets/wrx80
