Thanks for the reply, everything checks out ok on that site. When I play games I have no problems, it happens when watching videos,I have another 43-inch Acer monitor and I can drag between monitors and I dont have the color blotching in the Acer monitor. Something else that is really odd to me,, that the color blotching is only on the right half of the monitor. You can see the split better in this screenshot at the bottom. this color blotching likes to happen a lot with brown colors like the dirt.

No , no codec packs. I guess I can try a fresh install of windows. You got me thinking too... I have my old PC still hooked up in the office, Im going to plug the monitor into my old PC and watch the same video again. Ill report back.
