Rog crosshair viii hero (wi-fi) error code 00

Good morning people, i'm getting this code 00 error on tem display of the motherboard sudenly,
It's not always, the last time was 3 days ago, but it goes like this: My video vanishes sundenly and i can't turn off the pc on the buttons, just if i turn off the PSU itself, the time that it happens, the motherboard shows "00" on the display, anyone know what this could be?

Remove your power supply cord from the PC and wait for cap to drain off the power (around 5-8 mins) reinsert the power cord and start your PC.
