Exclamation Detect Memory Error with Asus x299 Deluxe & Vengeance 32GB DRAM

As stated I have a Asus x299 Deluxe motherboard which currently works with the memory it has in it.
But when I try to put 2 x 16GB Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz AMD Ryzen Memory Kit sticks in it, it gives me the detect memory error.
I've tried slotting one of the ram sticks in each slot and the error didn't change.

I'm fairly new to building computer but the two say they're compatible with each other, does anyone know how this error could be fixed?
If any more information is needed, let me know
