Hi, I have this issue:

on Windows 11 Pro, the LAN 2 - Intel (R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V #2 in Network Connections result as Disabled, if I try to enable it, nothing change.
If I use the Windows troubleshooter, it gives me an error: please take a look at the screshoots attached.

When I go to Device Manager and I try to update the drivers of the Ehernet port 2:

Intel (R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V #2

once selected the driver to load, the loading freeze and terminate in a loop.

The same thing happens when I try to modificate something in the section advanced on the driver tabs.

It's very weird, I have also updated the Z590 firmware to the last version: ME_Intel_v15.0.41.2158

I have installed the as drivers for Windows 11 Pro version, he release: ETHERNET_Intel_v2.1.1.14

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

Where you are showing the 2.5 Gbps Full Duplex, I am showing Auto Negotation.

It seems to show the device is disabled, is that because of the problem and you can't enable it?

You might check the Events tab to see if any problems show up.
