The g.inp is use to lower noise, so it would be 3 as you should know. The line Attenuation that the same for most.

This router has g.vector state, so want to know if this device supports g.fast, if so should be added to the asus support list??

And after some checking from my ISP there happy with the status of there device, also asked other techs and all said it now looks good.

Performance wise I will give it more tests once I use the asus router again, now I know everything else is solid.

G.fast is not supported on DSL-AX82U and cannot support it through firmware update.

There is definitely something not right, I have been using the ISP device and my SNR margin was around 3.3 checking over some time.
As soon as I plug my asus dsl ax82u in the SNG margin droped to 2.8, and then is slowly dropping, 24-48 hrs it's now 2.3 SNR margin.

As mentioned, if you would like to compare speeds from your ISP device and DSL-AX82U, please connect your ISP device and DSL-AX82U to ISP line directly at the same time if it possible.
Then, please capture complete screenshots of speeds and SNR margin for your ISP device and DSL-AX82U, and also point out which part you think it is abnormal.

If you cannot connect your ISP device and DSL-AX82U to ISP line directly at the same time, please connect one of them first to test and get a screenshot and then change to the other immediately to do the same thing as well.

After above test, please send feedback and share me the following information via PM.
- the email address you filled in feedback
- the issue occurred time and feedback sent time
- screenshots of speeds and SNR margin for your ISP device and DSL-AX82U

I have provided screen shots. You can not connect two dsl devices at the same time. It seems to be idling around 2.3 SNG margin, so thats 1 from what I was getting on the ISP device of 3.3SNG margin. The download speed is better, yet the upload speed is slightly worse, minimal so not a problem. So it seems to be losing 1db of siginal. Yet maybe that's change of device and will settle. I will send feed back once I get time, with the other issule.

Thanks a lot for all the help, I now have a new problem with my DSL line in the UK, openreach the UK provider dont have my street on there system, My ISP SKY has noticed and kind of confused how I have a phone and DSL line for the last 20 years. So now it's a bit nuts, and they had to use a UPRN to find me, to tell me I'm connected to the wrong cab or something, I think there lost, so have another engineer visit soon. So this is not helping the situation. And going to say the asus is fine. If there is any loss its minimal.
