I was finally able to get AC to install/update completely! I installed an offline update package for Win 11 10.0.22000.795 cause my internet is inconsistent. A few reboots later I was able to update both Armoury Crate and Aura Creator and even use Aura Wallpaper. This software hadn't worked for me for 4 months but that Windows update fixed everything. If you are on Win 11 this may solve your issues as well. Hope this helps someone.
