I have a problem with the ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI panel, it is the Q-LED lighting for the VGA card, a ringing sound, and the rog logo does not appear, then the screen works without problems, but the lighting for the VGA card remains lit and this prompts when I reboot through the reboot command and for those who do not happen When shutting down the computer by using the shutdown command

Hi maged47455,
Do you mean if you turn on the pc or reboot it, the white qled remains lit but if you shut down the pc and turn it on again, the white qled will be off?
Have you tried turn on the monitor again and then turn on the pc?
If you enable CSM in bios, it the white qled still on?
