    RMA Service

    I’m sending my Z690 Hero back to ASUS for them to have a look at the board. The board began unexpectedly shutting down and the duration kept getting shorter. Now, the board only remains on for about 10-15 seconds. It boots to the BIOS and Windows login. But, it shuts down 10-15 seconds after powering on. No error codes or hardware fault lights displayed when it boots to Windows. Bought a new 1300 watt PSU, checked drivers, BIOS, boot alternating the RAM sticks in single DIMM config etc. My question for those who have RMAed hardware to ASUS, how was the service? And was the problem resolved? I’ve read some very discouraging post on the internet about ASUS’s RMA service.
