How could that be misleading? It's in the 600&700 series forums and OP says they have Z690 Hero board.

??? There is a column in "new posts" that indicates what forum the post was from.

Doesn't change the fact OP mentioned it was on a Z690 Hero in the first paragraph. Not generalised to Z690 boards but specific to the board they have. If people can't read the first paragraph nor pay attention to the forum a new post is from to get basic details of the subject matter thats on them not the OP.

The issue and potential confusion would be due to the, reader not looking at the forum section the topic originates nor reading the first paragraph that details the issue and the forum design. New posts would be better to only show new posts in specific sections, Not talking the show forum to the side I'm talking filtered. Thus no Z600-Z700 forum post shown if you're browsing from GPU sections new posts and so on.

Not the 2004 version unless you want to ruin your motherboard..

Not everyone is ignoring what is right in their face, dude. No one else is complaining but you,. Are you that lazy you can't look to the right when the title is ambiguous? It would take you a lot less effort than you are expending posting here.

How many pages and you are the only 1 complaining. Why click to read a thread and not even glance to the right before clicking or glance upward after clicking to identify if the thread is even relevant to you? Or how abot you read the first paragraph of the Thread topic that OP wrote?

Thats 3 things you have NOT done that has you confused and commenting complaining about the topic. READ 1 of 3 things. If you can't be ***** with the glances, mentioned earlier, at least read thew damn opening topic that clarifies what OP is saying and for what hardware.

Newsflash every motherboard out there likely has a 2004 bios, they are iterations that increase with each version. Most don't make it to the public but they are still made. They don't just jump from 1720 to 2004 theres multiple builds. That includes ALL brands. Did the OP need to specifiy they had an Asus board in the OP? Oh wait you didn't read they had a Z690 Hero so that wouldn't have helped. If you can't read Z690 Hero how do you expect them to word it to prevent the lazy that don't read, you, from gettng confused? I'd honestly love to know .
