Armoury Crate V5.3.20 won't update Gladius [Resolved]

Well, it seems you're doing the update properly, so the only thing I know to do would be to uninstall Armoury Crate with the uninstall tool and install version 3.2.3.0.

You can let the dongle and cable connected with the switch set to 2.4GHz wireless mode when uninstalling/reinstalling.

Select your operating system then click Show all in blue, the uninstall tool is the third download.

Once uninstalled, install version 3.2.3.0, then head to the update center.

Shouldn't take too long, I'd be interested to know if this gets your ROG Gladius III to update.

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice more. Same results. Left the mouse in the Wi-Fi position with the dongle connected and in the wired position with and without the dongle and no change. It’s stuck now in version 3.2.12.0 for now so I’m shutting it down for now and repeat the process tomorrow, but doubt it will make any difference. Appreciate your help!!

What happens when you click Check for Updates at the update center?

It simply refreshes the icons for updating the mouse software. It is the same thing in the screenshot in my first post.*

And it's not the latest edition with the download. It's version 5.2.12.0.

What's puzzling is in your first screenshot Armoury Crate is showing the latest version.

Something is going on with the updating. I don't know if this might help but you could try resetting the bios to defaults then try installing and updating.

Yea. On reinstall as you suggested, the old version is there, not the latest. And it doesn’t seem to want to update. It updated fine before with the current bios settings.
