Z590-E: ASUS RTX4090 stuck in PCIE 3.0 mode

I was in progress with requesting the new bios for my motherboard of Asus Support. Today I've got the bios (1450) and PCIE 4.0 works as needed. So, to all Z590 users I can make an advice to insist new firmware of Asus support or just wait when it comes on the official pages of your motherboards. The date of my 1450 bios of Maximus XIII Apex - 28.10.2022. Dont know why Asus didnt upload it on the support site yet.

Asus Maxumus Hero XIII Z590 with 11700k (Bios 1402), Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC (latest Bios F2), still runs on PCIE 3.0. Could you post bios 1450 for z590 Hero. There is still no new bios on the official page.

Same problem with tuf gaming z590-plus with latest BIOS (1601), intel 11700k, msi 4090 gaming x trio. I did already contact italian support, they told me a motherboard bios update would have solved the issue. But I don't know if a bios update for this motherboard will be released sometime in the (hope near) future

When I was in contact with Asus Sweden support, they just told me that this is a known issue and that they will release a new BIOS version at some point. I asked when that will happen, would it be this year or in six months, to which they replied - We don´t know.

Strix Z590-F with 11700k and Gigabyte 4090 gaming oc, I get gen3 x16. I swapped from a 3080 fe that ran on the same system fine with gen4 x16.
Support has been deflecting and not giving any info, so any word from you guys here on upcoming bios would be very appreciated.

Please can a Administrator please send me a 1450 bios for my Maximus Xiii Hero. Its such a shame the board doesnt recognise a RTX 4090 FE properly. Thanks if this can happen
