I got my replacement card from my retailer and now the card works 100%
I would love to know what exactly was wrong with my previous card.

i way also facing these black screen crashes with asus strix 4090 OC edition with my old Asus Hero Z390 board and 9900KS.The problem went away after i went in nvidia control panel and change to performance mode.before 4090 i was using MSI RTX 3090 Ti suprim X and did not get a single problem.I also updated the Vbios on 4090 but black screen crashes not resolved.only solution for now is performance mode in NV control center but then the card wont be idle at all.I am waiting for 13900KS CPU so i will upgrade once my mobo , Ram and CPU together.
