crosshair X670E Hero - 7950X QC code rotate in windows

hi,

Is it normal with new mother board and AMD processor to have the QC code rotate all the time in windows?
It rotate between: 58 and 60 mostly. Some times other numbers.

There is no error in logs.

And there is one USB problem I can't fix.

That's probably your CPU temperature. There's a BIOS setting to enable/disable that mode on the X570 boards, I'd guess X670 has it as well. When enabled, you get Q codes during POST, then CPU temperature when the OS takes over from BIOS.
