Rog Maximus z790 Extreme + rts 4090?

I noticed today that my Rtx 4090 is running @ 8 lanes gen 4.0 and not @ 16 as I expected; I have a gen 4.0 m.2 on m.2_1(OS), and the others m.2_2 and m.2_3. Also, DIMM2 has 2 x m.2 in Raid 0.
Could someone be so kind as to show me how to get my RTX 4090 to run @16?

ROG Maximus z790 extreme + EK water block.
Intel i9 13900k.
RTX MSI liquid supreme X.
Sabrent m.2 @ 7000
64 gig. GSkill DDR5 @ 6000.

remove the nvme at m.2_1 or else you'll forever be at 8x instead of 16. Use either the dimm 2 card or the other card that came with it and plug into gpu slot 2
