hello everyone my setup

ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO

i9 13900k

2x16gb g skil 6400mhz

cpu cooler nh-d15

my setings is p-core 55 e-core 45 ring 50

my idle voltage is between 1.28-1.305 in game my voltage is between 1.25-1.22

my temps in games is 70-77c

in cinbench r23 my max temp is 88c the cpu puts 250w

does it safe for 24\7 does my temps and voltage are safe for 24\7

Hello,

Yes these settings are fine. Are you setting a manual voltage? For best results on this platform you can check AI OC petametres within the AI Tweaker menu.

i use auto voltage DC_LL = 1.02 AC_LL=0.12 LLC4
