Username change or account delete

Doing a bit of digging, it seems like there's no option to change your username or failing that, delete your account and start again.

Can an admin, please assist with one or the other?

Please go to ASUS ROG (https://rog.asus.com/) >*Select your avatar in the upper right corner to log in > My account > edit after entering.
