M4A77T/USB3 Q-Fan not working properly

So i wanted to up my fans RPM as CPU runs at 3600 RPM(40-50C) and chassis 1300(23-25C) and i wanted to cool them a bit more, i turned Q-Fan on and set it to turbo, to my amaze the CPU fan was around 2600 and Chassis 1000, is it working right or no? is there any real-time fan controllers i could try?
