is my MOBO SLI Ready?

I just bought a p8p67-m mobo it said it was CrossFireX supported... I current have an Nvidia GT 220 and I am planning on buying a Nvidia GTS 450 can i use my 220 to run physx? and is my mother board SLI ready? I have heard conflicting answers from various forums so i am not sure. Thank you in Advance.
